I'm sure most of you are thinking the same thing, what the hell happened in 2010... can't believe it's over already!! In fact, a lot happened in 2010, we survived through all that and that's probably why it is hard to comprehend the fact that it's over.

This is a really interesting video about motivation in the workplace. It is quite long - just over 10 mins, but it would make you think again on how you would plan your team/workplace if you are given the opportunity to do so.

Well, it's no surprise when something changes in Facebook or when people go crazy over things on Facebook. The latest update to the Facebook profile page has shown us how much time some people have on their hands!
Design inspiration of the fortnight
Design is a little bit more than just good looks. The last pick of the year is a kick-ass website that looks stunning (yes, content is really good too) as well as functions awesome. You got scrolling, click and keyboard navigation and yes, it does look like a Flash site!
Well worth looking at www.mikematas.com - I guess you wouldn't expect anything less from a person who worked with Apple.
